The work

Your body has memorized your past. We teach it your future.

Every day you think the same thoughts. They create the same feelings. The feelings drive the same choices, and those create the same life. Then the loop begins again.

After years of this, your body knows these emotions better than your mind does. That is why you can understand everything and still live your past, day after day. Your mind wants change. Your body is running the program.

Who is this for?

We don't define it by financial success or achievements. Some have already built extraordinary businesses and lives and know there is a deeper level available. Others are visionary, ambitious creators just beginning to build something meaningful. What connects them is the willingness to take responsibility, explore themselves deeply, move beyond old limitations and turn transformation into tangible change.

Is this spiritual?

There is no belief system and no dogma. We work with your nervous system, your emotions and your body. Call it what you like; you will feel the shift.

I have done therapy, coaching, retreats. How is this different?

This is not more information. It works at the level of the nervous system, where patterns actually live. You don't just understand yourself better; you start to live differently.

Is this therapy, medical treatment or healing work?

No. We are not doctors, psychotherapists or healers, and we do not offer healing work. Our work is personal development and education. We do not diagnose, treat or heal any physical or mental illness, and it is no substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are in treatment, please continue it and speak with your doctor or therapist before you take part. Details are in our Terms.

Will I lose my drive?

The opposite. Most high performers run on pressure, fear or proving themselves, and it costs them enormous energy. When that program falls away, the energy comes back. You create more, with more clarity and more joy, because you follow your highest excitement instead of your survival.

Can a few days really change something so deep?

If the space is right, yes. Change depends less on time than on safety, depth and repetition. And you are not left alone afterwards: the 1:1 integration is part of every immersion.

What if strong emotions come up?

Then they are welcome. You are guided, never pushed, and fully held by both of us throughout.

Where do Private Immersions take place?

Wherever it serves you best: by the sea on Mallorca or Ibiza, or at a private location of your choice anywhere in the world. Private Mentoring continues with you wherever you are.

How discreet is this?

Completely. We work with very few people each year, never share names without explicit permission, and everything you share stays between us.

Immersion or Mentoring: what's the difference?

A Private Immersion is days of intensive work in person, for you alone, as a couple, or for a small private group or leadership team. Private Mentoring is our 1:1 work over months, close and personal, including direct support between sessions. Many clients combine both. Everything is private, and everything you share stays between us.
