We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We collect only the data we need to respond to you, to review your application and to provide our services. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools, and we never sell your data.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify automatically collects technical information that your browser sends:

• IP address
• date and time of the request
• the page you accessed
• browser type and version
• operating system
• referrer URL

We need this data to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as it is needed for these purposes and is then deleted. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify. More information: netlify.com/privacy

When you apply for a Private Immersion or Private Mentoring through our form, we process the information you give us:

• first and last name
• email address
• phone number
• your answers about your intentions, goals and preferred timing

The form is processed through Netlify Forms. We use your data only to review your application, contact you and prepare a possible collaboration. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If no collaboration follows, we delete your application data within six months. If we work together, we keep your data for as long as the collaboration lasts and then for as long as statutory retention obligations require.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you share (for example your name, contact details and the content of your message) in order to reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to our services, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which belongs to Meta Platforms. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta will also process data under its own privacy policy, and data may be transferred to the USA. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please contact us by email.

To keep our Private Immersions safe, we ask you about your health before your immersion begins. This includes current medication, pre-existing physical or mental health conditions and pregnancy. This is special-category data under Art. 9 GDPR.

We process this information only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), only to keep you safe and to adapt our work to your needs, and we treat it with strict confidentiality. Only Patrick Folkert and Kerrin Folkert have access to it. We delete it no later than 12 months after your immersion ends, unless you agree to a longer period.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. Your withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before it. Please note that without this information, some elements of our work may not be possible for safety reasons.

If you book one of our services, we process the data needed to perform the contract and handle payment, such as your name, address, the details of your booking and your payment information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, together with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where we have legal obligations, for example tax and accounting rules. We keep this data for as long as statutory retention periods require.

Our website links to our Instagram profile. These are plain links, not embedded plugins, so no data is sent to Instagram when you visit our site. Instagram only processes your data once you click a link and open its platform. Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. More information: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy

The fonts, images and videos on this website are hosted on our own servers. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other third-party font or media provider.

SoulVision University L.L.C. is based in the USA, so your data is processed in the USA. When we use service providers in the USA, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework if the provider is certified under it. Otherwise we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
• have your data erased (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
• withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
