Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Beyond Identity. These Terms govern your use of our website and provide general information about our services. Last updated: October 14, 2026.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

01About Us

Beyond Identity is operated by SoulVision University L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States.

We offer private immersions, individual mentoring, couples experiences, leadership development, and other customized personal development experiences.

02Nature of Our Services

Our experiences are designed to support self-awareness, personal growth, emotional exploration, relationship development, leadership, and intentional creation.

Depending on the service, our approach may incorporate facilitated conversations, reflection, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and other experiential practices.

The specific structure and activities of an immersion or mentoring engagement are agreed individually.

Our services are personal development and education. They are educational and experiential in nature.

We are not physicians, psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, Heilpraktiker (alternative practitioners), or healers, and we do not offer healing work. Our services are not medical, psychotherapeutic, or healing treatment within the meaning of the German Heilpraktikergesetz or comparable laws in other countries. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, alleviate, or heal any physical or mental illness, disorder, or condition, and we make no promise of healing.

Where our website or our sessions refer to the body, the nervous system, emotions, patterns, or “old wounds”, this describes personal experience and self-awareness, not medical or therapeutic treatment.

Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic care, nor for legal or financial advice. If you are receiving medical or psychological treatment, please continue it and speak with your doctor or therapist before taking part. Do not stop, change, or postpone any treatment or medication because of our work.

03Participation & Personal Responsibility

Participation in our services is voluntary.

Clients are encouraged to communicate relevant personal needs, physical limitations, and concerns before participating in activities.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and for seeking appropriate professional advice when needed.

Certain experiential practices may involve physical exertion or emotional intensity. Participation in such activities is subject to appropriate screening, informed consent, and safety arrangements.

Before booking, please tell us about any health condition that may be relevant, in particular pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, heart or circulatory conditions, high or low blood pressure, asthma or other respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, or any current or past psychiatric condition. In such cases we may ask you to obtain medical clearance before taking part in breathwork or other physical practices, or we may adapt or exclude certain activities.

For the safety and wellbeing of all involved, we may decline, pause, or end a participant’s involvement in an activity or engagement if participation appears to pose a risk to their health or safety or to that of others, for example where relevant health information has not been disclosed, a participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or a participant behaves in a seriously disrespectful or abusive way. Any financial consequences are governed by sections 05 and 06 and relevant law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

04Applications & Bookings

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance into a program, immersion, or mentoring relationship.

We may arrange an introductory conversation to assess the proposed engagement and determine whether our services are appropriate for the prospective client.

A booking becomes binding only when confirmed through an applicable written agreement or booking confirmation that specifies the relevant terms.

05Fees & Payments

Fees, included services, and any additional costs are set out in your individual written offer before booking confirmation. Fees are stated in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), as specified in the offer.

The following payment terms apply to all our services:

  • Deposit: 25% of the total fee is due upon booking confirmation. Your place is secured once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable, except as set out in sections 06, 07, and 08.
  • Remaining balance: the remaining 75% is due no later than 7 days before the start of the immersion or engagement.

Payment is made by bank transfer. Where offered, payment may also be made by card through a secure payment provider such as Stripe. Any bank or transfer fees charged by your own bank are your responsibility.

If the remaining balance is not received on time, we may, after a reminder, cancel the booking. In that case, the cancellation terms in section 06 apply.

Unless expressly included in the agreed package, travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.

06Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

The following terms apply to all our services. They do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal described in section 07.

Cancellation by you. Cancellations must be made in writing, for example by email. The date we receive your cancellation determines the refund:

  • More than 60 days before the start date: full refund of the fees paid, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
  • 30 to 60 days before the start date: refund of 50% of the total fee.
  • Fewer than 30 days before the start date, or no-show: no refund.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule your booking once, subject to availability. If you reschedule more than 60 days before the original start date, there is no fee. If you reschedule 60 days or fewer before the original start date, a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total fee applies. A rescheduled booking cannot be rescheduled again; if it is cancelled, the cancellation terms above apply, calculated from the original start date.

Cancellation by us. If we have to cancel a booked experience, you may choose between a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, or a new date of your choice, subject to availability.

Costs you have incurred with third parties, such as flights or accommodation you booked yourself, are not refunded by us. We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.

You are always free to show that we incurred no loss or a significantly lower loss than the amount retained. Any further mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

07Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and conclude your booking with us at a distance, for example by email, phone, video call, or online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — SoulVision University L.L.C., 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States of America, email: kerrin@highestself.de — by a clear statement, for example an email, of your decision to withdraw. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the deposit, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Early start. If you request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly requested that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

Model withdrawal form. If you wish to withdraw, you may use the following wording, but you are not required to: “I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me for the provision of the following service: [service and date booked], ordered on [date], name, address, date.”

08Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural events, travel disruption, illness, official restrictions, or the unavailability of venues or third-party providers.

If such an event prevents us from holding a booked experience, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible, and you may choose between a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, or a new date of your choice, subject to availability.

If such an event prevents you from attending, the cancellation and rescheduling terms in section 06 apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

09No Guaranteed Outcomes

Personal transformation, relationship development, leadership growth, and business outcomes are individual processes.

We do not guarantee particular emotional, psychological, relational, financial, or professional results.

Testimonials reflect the personal experiences of individual participants and should not be interpreted as a promise that others will experience identical outcomes.
